Striking the perfect tone
The Clandeboye Estate is located in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Covering 2,000 acres, Clandeboye boasts woodlands, formal and walled gardens, lawns and a lake. The Estate’s commercial activities includes wedding venue hire, events, minibreaks, a gastro-pub fine-dining establishment and a hotel.
Launch Project
Exacting detail and a sensory journey
Clandeboye’s rich, aristocratic history is communicated through every pore of its business activities. So when the Estate sought a website redesign, their priority was that the end result would reflect their offline branding and experience – the distinction that sets them apart from the competition.

Understanding the audience
Eyekiller’s team set to work, commencing with a thorough investigation of target audiences and sectors. We quickly identified that the main decision makers were the procurement teams and Health and Safety managers in the manufacturing, construction and related industries. These professions and industries were kept at the forefront of our thoughts throughout the project.

Conveying the experience with immersive website design
Eyekiller set out to recreate the atmosphere of Clandeboye through the website design, with use of high-quality imagery, video and content to immediately communicate the experience of the Estate. Behind the scenes, the website is seamlessly integrated with NetAffinity, the sophisticated hotel booking software, to make booking a breeze.

The finest finish
The new website captures the rarefied elegance of the venue, and every aspect of the Estate is now showcased across easily navigable pages of mesmerising, immersive content. Clandeboye’s management is pleased to have such an important piece of their marketing collateral match the high standards of the brand.
“After just one week our stats were soaring”
We are as delighted with the end result as we were with the journey that brought us to our go-live launch. We can thoroughly recommend Jamie Robinson and his team at Eyekiller and give them a 5 star rating!
