Using Responsive Web Design, Eyekiller focused on delivering a seamless, intuitive and consistent User Experience (UX) across all devices.
As the firmus energy offers natural gas for both home and the business, we took a task focused approach centered around each of the distinct customer’s needs. Through a combination of the overall ‘look and feel”, carefully crafted content and strong brand visuals, the website aims to quickly builds a rapport with visitors demonstrating simply the firmus energy value proposition. A prominent online switching facility occupies a central position on the homepage enabling new customers to easily switch to firmus energy online in a few simple steps.
As firmus energy’s service offering differs across Northern Ireland areas, the website personalises content based on the geographical location of the user. Information on tariffs and help sections are also geo-targeted ensuring that the user is accessing the most accurate information possible.
