Project Overview

As a new, locally-based fashion start-up, Attune wanted to share the philosophy behind their range of stylish, practical clothing and create a sense of community, as well as generating sales. Because Attune is an exclusively online business, the company was keen to find ways for customers to interact as fully with their products as they would on the high street.

The website has been developed using responsive design, to allow it to showcase product photos to their fullest potential. Multimedia elements, such as embedded videos, make the site more interactive, and custom add-ons to the popular Magento ecommerce platform allow visitors to view multiple images of each product, zoom in on details and see a garment in all its available colours. Special attention was given to creating a logical structure and clear user journeys, which encourage visitors to learn more about the products while constantly keeping the option of making a purchase open and top of mind.

The Attune Blog is an important part of the company’s online engagement strategy, and Eyekiller’s integration of the Expression Engine CMS allows the website administrators to upload new content easily. A consistent tone of voice throughout creates a feeling of familiarity, making regular customers feel as though they are walking into their favourite shop, and the integrated SagePay third party payment provider ensures that all transactions are processed securely.
