Our Process
Every website we develop follows a tried and tested project lifecycle. Each stage is a milestone which allows us to gauge the progress of the project and ensures that every one is built on a solid foundation. Managing the development of a website from inception to completion involves four key stages:
Planning
A website's architecture, site map and user journey are at their most flexible during the concept stages. We work alongside the client, tailoring each aspect of the design to accomplish the goals and objectives of the website project.
Design
We produce a series of design concepts, present each to the client and together select the most suitable design direction. We refine, perfect and apply this concept consistently across the website.
Build
We build each website page in accessible xHTML and CSS, integrate our bespoke back-end functionality such as content management, populate with content, extensively test the website and provide a complete training workshop.
Launch
Our work doesn’t stop once the website is launched. We monitor visitor behaviour to ensure all areas are performing strongly. We also assess dwell time and bounce rates which may indicate where improvements could be made.
