Nestled in secluded woodland on the outskirts of Derry city, Beech Hill Country House Hotel offers guests a warm welcome and tranquil surroundings steeped in history.
Built in the 18th Century and for many years a private home, Beech Hill Country House was also occupied by the US Marine Corps during World War 2 due to its proximity to Lough Foyle. Since opening its doors as a hotel in 1991, Beech Hill has maintained its connections with the United States and the unique history has captured the curiosity of many visitors including past Presidents, Movie Stars and Celebrities. When designing the latest generation of the Beech Hill website, Eyekiller’s design team were keen to build on the strong foundation offered by this unique history, and create a site which reflected the opulence of the house and its surroundings.
Information clarity is vital to the success of a hotel website. The Beech Hill website presents itself as a capable business tool, incorporating a frequently updated image gallery, a detailed overview of the rooms and suites and all the necessary information on the hotel’s location, events happening in nearby Derry city and facilities for both private and corporate guests. A seamless link to the established Avvio secure booking system is featured in a consistent and prominent position on every page throughout the site.
